Put the necessary files into the files folder within the PDFCreator plugin folder:
\Program Files\PDFCreator content , all files and all folders - GS8.14 and languages
%Windir%\system32\pdfcmnnt.dll and PDFSpooler.exe into the plugin\PDFCreator\system32 - folder
%Windir%\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\PDFCreator.BPD and PDFCreator.PPD into the plugin\PDFCreator\spool - folder
Hex edit PDFCreator.BPD and replace C: with X:.
To run from BartPE, click on: Start/Go Programs PDFCreator
